You’re telling me Al Michaels ISN’T an actual robot?
The cyborg football tournament known as RobotCup is underway in Istanbul, a chance for android makers to show the progress they’re making in replacing human athletes. The goal of RobotCup is to field a team of robot footballers against meatbags by 2050.
By the look of things, they’ve got a ways to go, but already I’m worried if the RobotCup hooligans get out of hand. The last thing we need to have is drunk Decepticons and Autobots beating each other senseless in the stands.
